Step-by-Step Assembly Guide

1. Prepare Workspace

  • Lay a blanket or cardboard on the floor to avoid scratches.
  • Ensure all parts are present and undamaged.

2. Assemble the Box Frame

  • Insert wooden dowels into the top and bottom panel edges.
  • Attach to side panels using cams and screws.
  • Ensure edges are flush and tighten all cam locks.

3. Install the Back Panel

  • Slide the back panel into the grooves (if slotted).
  • Or screw it directly using pre-drilled holes for structural support.
  • Check for squareness before tightening.

4. Mount the Legs or Suspension Rail

  • For base cabinets: attach adjustable legs to bottom panel.
  • For wall cabinets: screw suspension rail to top interior panel if included.

5. Install Shelves

  • Place shelf pegs at desired heights.
  • Slide or set in the shelf boards.

6. Attach Hinges to Doors

  • Insert and screw in Euro-style hinges (usually 35mm cup pre-drilled).
  • Use 2-3 hinges per door depending on height.

7. Mount Doors to Cabinet

  • Align and attach hinge plates to the side panels.
  • Clip doors onto hinge plates.
  • Adjust for alignment (left-right, up-down, in-out).

8. Assemble and Install Drawers (if applicable)

  • Assemble drawer boxes (sides, bottom, and back) using cam/dowel system.
  • Attach metal drawer slides to cabinet and box.
  • Slide drawer into tracks and adjust.

9. Final Adjustments

  • Check for door alignment and gaps.
  • Use hinge screws for micro-adjustment.
  • Tighten all fasteners and ensure stability.

  • Always use a level when installing cabinets on walls.
  • Screw wall cabinets into studs using appropriate anchors.
  • Combine multiple cabinets before mounting for consistent alignment.
