Lead Time – In Stock Items

In-stock products are typically available for same-day pickup during business hours. For orders requiring shipping, please allow 3–5 business days for processing once payment is confirmed. Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid delays or fees.

 

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

Out-of-stock products typically take 2–3 weeks to transfer to the designated pickup or shipping location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; you will receive an email notification once your item becomes available.

 

Cabinet Assembly Services

We offer professional assembly services for an additional fee. All assembled items must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Pick-up is available from our location, and delivery or shipping can also be arranged for an added charge—costs will vary depending on order size, destination, and logistics. Please contact us to discuss the best solution for your project.

 

Cabinet Doors & Drawer Fronts Purchase Policy

Need a replacement? We offer cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Whether you're updating pieces or repairing components, we’ve got you covered.

However, please note:

  • We do not sell doors individually unless you have previously placed a cabinet order with us.
  • For new customers or door-only orders, a minimum order of 32 square feet is required for any door style or series.

 

Changes or Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us right away. If your request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, there is no fee. After that, a 10% cancellation fee applies. Items already shipped, assembled, or picked up will be subject to our standard return policy.

 

Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance and requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unopened packaging with no signs of use, installation, or modification. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

TQ Cabinetry provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original residential purchaser for as long as they own their home. This warranty covers cabinets, hinges, and drawer slides against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by improper handling, storage, installation, modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or normal wear and tear such as scratches, chips, fading, or wood aging. Labor, removal, installation, and transportation costs are not included. If a covered defect occurs, TQ Cabinetry may repair or replace the defective component at its discretion; however, replacement parts may not match the original finish due to natural wood aging and finish variation. If the product style is discontinued, a comparable product will be provided. This warranty is non-transferable and is the exclusive warranty offered by TQ Cabinetry, replacing all other warranties, expressed or implied. TQ Cabinetry is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, although some states do not allow these limitations. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In-store purchases may also be paid by cash, personal check, or cashier’s check; however, checks must clear (typically within 24–48 hours) before items are released.

 

Sales Tax Guidelines

Sales tax will be applied to all purchases unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided before checkout. Orders shipped to the following states will not be taxed due to local regulations:

  • Alaska
  • Delaware
  • Montana
  • New Hampshire
  • Oregon

Sample Doors

To help you make confident design choices, we highly recommend ordering sample doors prior to placing a cabinet order. Samples are offered for all styles and are fully refundable—shipping charges excluded.

 

Design Services & Consultations

We provide layout design services based on the dimensions submitted by customers. Please double-check all final designs and itemized lists before proceeding. While we aim to return designs within 2–3 business days, processing times may vary. For homeowners working through one of our authorized dealers, we’re happy to collaborate directly; however, a consultation fee of 15% of the total project will apply.

 

Lift Gate Service

Lift Gate Service is a delivery option that uses a hydraulic lift to lower heavy items from the truck to the ground. This service is recommended for customers without a loading dock or forklift. If you need lift gate assistance, please request it at the time of order—a fee applies. If not requested and the delivery cannot be completed due to lack of unloading access, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges or additional shipping costs incurred.
